Having direct contact with my key worker Tori Purchase via the PR app. Being able to message and have a very quick reply and support. Help with meal planning and joint snacks Having Juliet prentice chase my doctors for blood results and appointments and medication for me. They listen so much to how I wanted to lead my recovery and Tori has endlessly listened to me go on about all my life problems that weren’t anything to do with my eating disorder. The team are amazing

I think it was helpful. Some people weren’t completely understanding or kind but a lot of them were. They knew what they were doing and you can see that some people are genuinely trying to help. It felt very safe, however on some occasions I felt like my privacy was invaded.
